Logbook

When you begin a penis enlargement program, there are a few steps that it is advisable to take to prepare yourself.

Get equipped for tracking your progress by getting a ruler and tape measure. You need an accurate measurement to track from, so that you are sure of the results when they begin to happen.

To be sure of having an accurate measurement to begin with, it is advisable to take a few measurements at different times, to eliminate any varience in temperature, erection hardness, and other factors that can affect your statistics.

It is difficult to see growth as it happens. In much the same way as you do not notice your hair growing, or your muscles increasing if you are working out, it is difficult to see results of penis enlargement as they occur.

To help you to keep track of your results in a visual way, it is advisable to take a before picture so you can see the difference once you begin to get results. Because it is natural for us to not notice gradual changes, you may be surprised with the difference once you see it.

To help you to remain focused on your program, you should make up a logbook of your routine, and the days you exercise. This can help you to see any problems with your schedule, and identify issues if they occur.

For example, if you regularly miss your planned exercising on a Friday evening, you may need to change your schedule to reflect this.

If you are using an enlargement program such as PenisHealth, you are likely to be advised to take rest days to help your penis to recover, and results to show.

These often follow a pattern like 2 days on, 1 day rest, 3 days on, 1 day rest. This can be helpful in following the program, as your rest days will be the same every week.
